“Music was my first love” is a music project with residents of ELIM Basel, a place where addicts and people in need find a home. The focus is on dealing with personal favorite songs and why it is exactly these songs. What memories are associated with them? What help has this song been in difficult times and what motivation in good times? What does music describe where words are not enough? On two evenings we invite you to ELIM. The show is an open air concert, musical time travel and storytelling in one. A tribute to an era and an attitude towards life. Rock ‘n Roll ain’t dead, it’s alive at ELIM.
